About a week and a half end to end: your grades land on screen in about a minute, the plan is one call, and the build runs seven days from that call. We call you inside one business day of your order to book it.
The one-time implementation fee is due when you sign. Your monthly subscription starts when your work goes live, so you are not paying a monthly fee for something that is not up yet. There is no money-back guarantee on the website. What protects you is the sequence: your first preview lands 48 hours after the kickoff call and you approve it before anything goes live.
