Email marketing for small businesses in British Columbia.

Our team sets up the automated emails every inquiry and booking should trigger, writes the campaigns to your past customers, and manages the sending setup behind them.

Email marketing from MannVenture

MannVenture's email marketing service sets up and runs the email a small business should be sending: an automatic reply to new inquiries from your forms, follow-up after a quote, confirmations and reminders around a booking, and campaigns to past customers. We clean your list and record consent under Canada's anti-spam legislation, set up your sending domain, write and design every email, and report monthly on opens, clicks and the bookings that followed.

Four email sequences

Each sends on its own when a customer does something.

New inquiry

An automatic reply to every form submission, with the information the person asked for and the next step.

After a quote

A follow-up a few days after a quote goes out, for the quotes that received no answer.

Around a booking

A confirmation when the booking is made and a reminder before the appointment or event.

After the job

A thank-you and a request for a review once the work is done.

What email marketing includes

List cleanup and consent

We gather your contacts into one list, remove duplicates and invalid addresses, and record the consent each contact gave.

Sequences connected to your systems

We connect the sequences to your forms, CRM or booking system, so each email sends when the customer acts.

Campaigns

We plan and send campaigns to past customers: offers, seasonal reminders and news, segmented so each person receives what applies to them.

Writing and design

We write every email in your business's voice and lay it out for phones first, with one clear action in each.

Sending setup

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, which inbox providers check before they deliver mail, warm up new sending domains gradually, and watch bounces and complaints.

Consent under Canada's anti-spam legislation

Canada's anti-spam legislation, CASL, requires consent before you send a commercial email. Consent is express when a person opted in, and implied in some cases, such as a customer who bought from you in the last two years. Every email also needs your business's contact details and a working unsubscribe link.

We record the consent basis for each contact during the list cleanup, add the required details to every template, and process unsubscribes automatically.

Email platforms we work with

We work in the platform you already use where it can do the job, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo and HubSpot. If you have none, we choose one for your list size, your budget and the systems it needs to connect to, such as your website forms, your booking system or your online store, and set it up in your business's name.

Changing platforms is part of the work when the current one cannot send the sequences you need. We move the contacts, their consent records and their history, and rebuild the templates in the new platform.

Email marketing and the AI Growth Engine

Our AI Growth Engine sends two campaigns a month to past customers and handles review requests. The email marketing service covers the work it does not: list cleanup and consent, sequences connected to your forms and booking system, sending domain setup, and campaigns designed for your business. The written scope sets out which emails each one sends.

The AI Growth Engine

Your monthly email report

  • Campaigns sent, opens, clicks and unsubscribes
  • Sequence results: replies and bookings that followed
  • List growth and list health
  • Sending domain status, bounces and complaints

Who it suits

Businesses with past customers and no follow-up

Past customers know the business and have bought from it before.

Businesses that quote before they book

A quote with no reply is the clearest case for an automated follow-up a few days later.

Seasonal businesses

A reminder before the busy season reaches past customers when they are about to buy again.

What the AI Receptionist and AI Growth Engine send for OWC Events

OWC Events runs our AI Receptionist, which sends a first email to every inbound inquiry that answers the question asked, so no inquiry waits while the owner is out on a delivery. It also runs our AI Growth Engine, whose booking-triggered sequences suggest matching tablescapes and candlelight packages against the event date and what is in stock. OWC Events uses those AI products, not this email marketing service.

Questions about email marketing

It cleans the list, sets up the sending domain, builds the automated sequences, writes and designs campaigns, sends them on schedule and reports on opens, clicks and the bookings that followed.

Four sequences cover the main moments: a reply to every new inquiry, a follow-up after a quote, confirmations and reminders around a booking, and a review request after the job.

Yes. CASL requires express or implied consent. A purchase in the last two years gives implied consent. We record the consent basis during the list cleanup and add an unsubscribe link to every email.

The one you already have if it can do the job. If you have none, we set one up in your business's name, chosen for your list size and the systems it needs to connect to.

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, send to a clean list, warm up new sending domains gradually and watch bounces and complaints every month. Inbox providers make the final decision, so we report your sending domain's status each month.

The list and the sending account are set up in your business's name.

Automated sequences send when customers act, so their timing is set by the customer. For campaigns, a regular schedule your customers come to expect works better than bursts, and the monthly plan sets it with you.

Email marketing is quoted after a call about the size of your list and what you send now.
