What a busy month costs
The allowances above are not fine print, so here is the arithmetic in advance. On the website, 200 AI conversations a month is roughly six or seven a day; a month where you run 260 costs your $97 plus $30 CAD. On the phone, 75 calls is two or three a day; a month where it rings 150 times costs $97 plus $56.25 CAD. You can watch the running count in your dashboard, so neither number ever arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
The term, plainly
One-year term, billed monthly. At the end of the year it renews for another twelve months at the then-current rate, unless you tell us before it does.
If you leave before the term is up, early termination is 3 months of the monthly subscription: $291 CAD at $97 a month. The one-time implementation fee covers work already delivered and is not refunded.
The same shape applies to each product at its own monthly price, and it is stated in full beside every purchase button on this site. If you would rather pay the year up front it is $3,970 CAD against $4,764 paid monthly, ten months for twelve, and it is the same year either way.
What we do not charge
No hourly billing, no change orders, and no tiers to climb. The monthly covers the running of the thing you bought, including the humans who tune it. If you want something outside the three products, we say so and quote it separately rather than letting it leak into your invoice.
The number to compare it against
The honest comparison for the receptionist is not another app, it is the front-desk hire: $37,670 CAD a year a year in wages per WorkBC's Receptionists career profile, checked 20 July 2026, before CPP, EI, WorkSafeBC and vacation pay, and generally Monday to Friday. Whether that trade is worth it for your volume of calls is a real question, and the arithmetic above is everything you need to answer it.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax.
