What a busy month costs
On the website, 200 AI conversations a month is roughly six or seven a day; a month where you run 260 costs your $97 plus $30 CAD. On the phone, 75 calls is two or three a day; a month where it rings 150 times costs $97 plus $56.25 CAD. You can watch the running count in your dashboard, so neither number ever arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
When the implementation fee is charged
The build is a one-time $497 CAD, due when you sign.
There is no money-back guarantee on the website. You approve the 48-hour preview before anything goes live.
Paying for it
Every packaged product is billed monthly at the price on its card. The order page states the whole agreement before you commit to anything.
On the Complete System there is one option on top of that. If you would rather pay the year up front it is $4,570 CAD against $5,484 paid monthly, ten months for twelve. Prepaying commits you for the twelve months.
Custom AI is the exception: it runs month to month, so there is no fixed term to renew and no early-termination charge, because there is no term to leave early.
What we do not charge
No hourly billing, no change orders, and no higher plan to move to. The monthly covers running what you bought, including the people who tune it.
The number to compare it against
The comparison that matters for the receptionist is a front-desk hire: $37,670 CAD a year in wages per WorkBC's Receptionists career profile, checked 20 July 2026, before CPP, EI, WorkSafeBC and vacation pay, and generally Monday to Friday. Whether that trade is worth it depends on how many calls you get, and the arithmetic above is enough to work it out.
