What a busy month costs
The allowances above are not fine print, so here is the arithmetic in advance. On the website, 200 AI conversations a month is roughly six or seven a day; a month where you run 260 costs your $97 plus $30 CAD. On the phone, 75 calls is two or three a day; a month where it rings 150 times costs $97 plus $56.25 CAD. You can watch the running count in your dashboard, so neither number ever arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
When the implementation fee is charged
The build is a one-time $248.50 CAD, and you pay it when the build is live rather than when you order.
You approve the 48-hour preview before anything goes live and no money-back guarantee on the website. The implementation fee is due at signing.
The term, plainly
Every packaged product on this page runs the same term.
Three-month term, billed monthly. It renews for another three months unless you give written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends. Your price is held for twelve months and changes only at that anniversary.
The three months are the commitment, so if you stop partway through one, the rest of it is still payable: at most $291 CAD at $97 a month. The one-time implementation fee covers work already delivered and is not refunded.
The same shape applies to each of the four packaged products at its own monthly price, and it is stated in full beside every purchase button on this site.
On the Complete System there is one option on top of that. If you would rather pay the year up front it is $4,570 CAD against $5,484 paid monthly, ten months for twelve. Prepaying commits you for the twelve months rather than the three-month term, and that is the whole of the difference.
Custom AI is the one exception, and none of the above reaches it: it runs month to month, so there is no fixed term to renew and no early-termination charge, because there is no term to leave early.
What we do not charge
No hourly billing, no change orders, and no tiers to climb. The monthly covers the running of the thing you bought, including the humans who tune it. Everything we sell carries its number on the page, Custom AI included, so nothing gets quoted at you later or leaks into your invoice.
The number to compare it against
The honest comparison for the receptionist is not another app, it is the front-desk hire: $37,670 CAD a year in wages per WorkBC's Receptionists career profile, checked 20 July 2026, before CPP, EI, WorkSafeBC and vacation pay, and generally Monday to Friday. Whether that trade is worth it for your volume of calls is a real question, and the arithmetic above is everything you need to answer it.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax.
