Businesses that run on Microsoft 365 and have bought Copilot licences that few people use, or are deciding whether the licences are worth buying. We usually run the session in your company's Microsoft 365 account, so people practise on the files they work with.

What Copilot Chat does without a licence, including searching your inbox and calendar in Outlook, what the paid licence adds in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, and how to decide who needs one.

Clearing a full inbox, drafting replies, and getting a recap with decisions and owners from a meeting you missed.

A first draft built from documents you already have, and a presentation built from that draft, with a check of what Copilot got wrong.

Asking a spreadsheet questions in plain language and getting formulas and charts back, starting with how to lay the data out so Copilot can read it.

A simple agent, built in Copilot's agent builder, that answers a question your team is asked every week from the documents you already keep.

A half day covers one course in depth for up to 12 people from one company. We agree the examples with you a week ahead, using your documents and software, and everyone does the exercises on tasks from their job.
Full-day workshop
8 hours, online or on site

Up to 12 people
A full day covers two or three courses, or one course in the morning and an afternoon building it into your systems. We plan it with you a week ahead, the same way as a half day.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. Workshops at your office add travel at cost.
What people ask about this course.
No. Without licences we teach on Copilot Chat, which comes with Microsoft 365, and show what a licence would add to your work. An agent that reads your files needs either a licence or pay-as-you-go billing set up by your admin, and we arrange that with you before the session.
Usually, yes. We agree the setup with whoever manages your Microsoft 365 before the session, and if your security settings rule it out we work in a demonstration account instead.
A 2-hour 1:1 session is $399 CAD. A workshop for up to 12 people is $999 CAD for a half day of 4 hours, or $1,999 CAD for a full day of 8. All prices are plus tax, and a workshop at your office adds travel at cost.
1:1 sessions are online, on a video call. Team workshops run online or at your office anywhere in BC.
